Return & Replacement Policy
You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. Simply let us know, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back is your responsibility.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. All tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included in the package. If the product came in a branded manufacturer box with secondary Smart Watt or courier packaging, it must be returned in the same condition. Please avoid writing on, taping, or sticking labels directly on the product’s original box.
Inadequate Returns
If an item is returned in a condition that is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we reserve the right to return it back to you instead of processing a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, your eligible refund will be issued within 7 working days. As per policy, refunds are processed after deducting Rs. 200 delivery charges.
