Warranty Coverage
We offer a 2-month (60 days) warranty on selected items, starting from the order creation date. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal usage conditions.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Product misuse or mishandling
Liquid or moisture damage
Physical abuse, drops, or normal wear and tear
Unauthorized tampering, modification, or repair (including broken warranty seals)
Accidental damage, lightning strikes, or other natural events
Burns or damage caused by power failures or voltage surges

Shipment charges may apply for warranty claims.
Warranty claims are limited to one per order.
Once we receive your warranty claim, the product will be carefully inspected. If eligible, a replacement unit will be dispatched within 7 working days.
